Inserting method and plugging instructions for six-strand wire rope

　　Wire rope plugging is also called wire rope inserting. Wire rope plugging is required for wire rope: the whole wire rope has the same thickness, good disturbance, suitable strength and can withstand large pulling force. Generally, soft fiber core wire rope is required; wire rope plugging is usually 6 strands of steel wire rope are the main ones. The structure of steel wire ropes is commonly 6*19+FC, 6*24+FC, 6*37+FC. The special structure of steel wire rope has 6*25Fi+FC, 6*26WS+FC, 6*29Fi +FC, 6*31WS+FC, 6*36WS+FC, 6*41WS+FC, here we take 6 strands of wire rope as an example.

　　Wire rope plugging:

　　1. Divide the wire rope (6 shares) into two large shares, one is 3 small shares, and the other is 4 small shares (including one core shares), separated by a certain length;

　　2. Combine the two major shares into a ring;

　　3. Divide one strand into 1.2.3. three strands, each wrapped with fine wire or tape to prevent loose stocks;

　　4. Put the third strand (behind the ring) with a flat-headed scorpion into the ring and the straight rope, the second strand is worn in the first strand of the third strand, and the first strand is worn before the second strand. One wears in, and the other side is completed. (every two passes must be crossed)

　　5. After the rope is turned over, the other strand is divided into 4.5.6. three strands (the core strand is removed). The strands are interspersed according to the method of 1.2.3. The strands are inserted into the strands. After wearing them, the stitches are followed by 1.2.3. . Stocks, 4.5.6. Stocks can be repeatedly interspersed. (The insertion of the rope diameter of 13mm or less is twice, the insertion of 13-22mm is three times, and the insertion of 22mm or more is inserted four times.)

　　6. After each insertion, the rope head should be tightened and hit with a wooden mallet.

　　7. After inserting and inserting, remove the excess wire.
